Kodandaram mounts pressure over 'T' resolution

Telangana Joint Action Committee chairman, Prof. M. Kodandaram on Saturday announced that the 'Sadak Bandh' scheduled to be held on March 21 will be called off if the Assembly passed resolution over the Telangana issue.

He also said that the road blockade (sadak bandh) was to show Parliament the importance of forming a separate Telangana state.

He also maintained that it was better if the TDP had supported the no-confidence motion proposed by the opposition parties. TDP abstinence from the voting session clearly shows the Congress-TDP match fixing, he added.
