Kiran rule a failure story: Payyavula Keshav

TDP MLA Payyavula Keshav on Saturday termed the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy's two years rule as 'failure story'.

Talking to news men in Hyderabad he said "Kiran Kumar Reddy is a perfect example of how a Chief Minister should not be."
