Karthi's latest offering Khakee has opened to a decent response from the audience. Khakee is Based on the true story of a high-profile case handled by Tamil Nadu police in the 90s, the story charts the journey of a police officer who is entrusted with the task of solving the mystery behind a series of murders that follow the same pattern.
The film directed by Vinoth H, stars Rakul Preet in the lead role. According to sources, the movie has earned Rs 3 Cr at the box office on the first day of its opening.
