KCR to reshuffle his Cabinet soon

Hyderabad: The politics hotted up in Hyderabad suddenly as Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is planning a cabinet rejig. KCR will meet Governor ESL Narasimhan with a list of proposed changes on Saturday evening.

The KCR cabinet was constituted two years ago and does not have a female member. Also, over the last two years, there have been corruption allegations against some ministers, while the performance of some others is said to be not wholly satisfactory. In this backdrop, KCR has been working on the cabinet reshuffle for the past few days and had held parleys with senior leaders in the party. It is likely that some of the recent entrants into the party from both the Telugu Desam and the Congress could be accommodated in the reshuffle.

There coud also be change of portfolios for some.
