KCR to celebrate first birthday in Telangana at Mumbai

Telangana Chief Minister KCR will not be celebrating his first birthday in the newly-formed Telangana state. Instead, he would be busy meeting his Maharashtra counterpart to sort out irrigation related disputes.

KCR will turn 61 on February 17 and this will be his first birthday after the formation of the Telangana state. His 60th-th birthday was a low-key affair as KCR asked the people not to celebrate since dream of Telangana state was as yet unrealised.

This birthday, he would be meeting Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis in Mumbai to discuss issues relating to inter-state irrigation projects.
KCR is already in New Delhi meeting the Prime Minister and other dignitaries. He will leave directly to Mumbai from Delhi.
