KCR's daughter to take on his old friend?

The clash of former friends turned foes will not take place, after all. In  spite of furious speculations, that TRS chief KCR will take on Vijayashanthi, latest reports indicate that it will the chief's daughter who will fight it out with the actress turned politician, instead. 

Sources in TRS said that the party would announce its  first list of candidates on Friday and Kavitha name has been finalised for Medak seat.

Vijayashanthi, who had a major fall out with TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao, joined Congress recently. Earlier, there were reports that the rift occurred between KCR and Vijayashanthi over Medak MP seat. Reports had it that KCR would migrate from his Mahbubnagar Lok Sabha constituency to Medak in the upcoming polls.

But KCR seems to have changed his plans and he reportedly opted for Karimnagar Lok Sabha seat, instead.

To settle scores with Vijayashanthi, KCR is likely to field his daughter against her.
