KCR rains sops on Warangal
Warangal: Speaking to the media while on his tour to Warangal district Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Wednesday said that Warangal will soon be developed into the second largest city in the state.
The Chief Minister has also said that efforts would be made to ensure that Laknavaram, Ramappa and Ghanapuram lakes will be full of water all through the year. The development plans also include a textile park, which will be the biggest in the country. The textile park will be built in 2000-3000 acre land.
KCR announced that the city will soon turn into an education hub with the opening of institutions like Sainik School, Delhi Public School and Hyderabad Public School. Veterinary and Agriculture Universities will add to the Education hub status.
Four lane roads and townships will be built in international standards with an annual outlay of Rs.300 cr.
