KCR gifts Rs 10 lakh to Class III student

Hyderabad: Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhara Rao, who was highly impressed by a third grader's knowledge of Telangana history and culture, gifted her with a cheque of Rs. 10 lakh.

Srija of Khammam and her parents Sudharani and Kiran Kumar met KCR at his camp office on Sunday. The little girl reeled out statistics, dates, numbes and narrated historic events. She explained about each minister and his portfolio and even explained about the current TRS rule in poems of legendary poet Potana.
KCR congratulated Srija and lauded her spontaneity. He also told the little girl that he would one day sup at her home.
