KCR calls for 'T' bandh post all-party meet
Minutes after the all-party meeting on Telangana issue in New Delhi got over, the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) chief K Chandrasekhar Rao called for a 24-hour bandh in the Telangana region on Saturday.
He added that they will further intensify the agitation to demand a separate state after the bandh.
The TRS chief said that YSR Congress Party told Shinde that the ball is in the Centre's court and they should take a call on the issue.
He asked all the Pro- Congress leaders to quit from the party.
Stating that although in the past Chidambaram had said that four days was enough to take decision on the issue, Shinde is now seeking a month's time!
He angrily said that no solution can emerge out of a meeting. He termed the all-party meeting a futile exercise and called for the bandh to protest against the center's delaying tactics.
