KCR arrives in Amaravati
Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao reached Amaravati foundation ceremony venue by special helicopter.
He started from Suryapet in Nalgonda district accompanied by deputy chief minister Mohammed Ali, state ministers Etala Rajendar and Jagadish Reddy.
After the ceremony, the chief minister is expected to depart for Suryapet at 2:40 p.m.
