KCR, KK to attend all-party meeting
The Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) would be represented at an all-party meeting, convened by the Centre on the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, by its president K Chandrasekhar Rao and secretary-general K Keshav Rao.
The TRS president has already announced that his party would agitate again if the Centre imposed any restrictions on Hyderabad after the bifurcation and that a future Telangana government should have all powers over the city.
The TRS president and Keshav Rao plan to leave for New Delhi tomorrow evening, party sources said.
Meanwhile, Congress sources said that the ruling party is likely to be represented by Deputy Chief Minister C Damodar Rajanarasimha, who hails from the Telangana region, and AP state tourism V Vasant Kumar who is from Seemandhra region.
The YSR Congress, which supports a united Andhra Pradesh, has already announced that its senior leader and former MP M V Mysoora Reddy would attend the Group of Ministers (GoM) meeting.
The GoM which has been set up to look into the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, would meet eight political parties of Andhra Pradesh separately on November 12 and 13 as well as union ministers from Andhra Pradesh on November 18, to discuss various issues related to the issue.
