Kadapa: Teacher gets minor girl pregnant

A shocking case of rape has been reported from Kadapa district. The heinous crime occurred in Vartaluru village.

Locals beat up a teacher after he raped his student, a minor girl of Class IX. To add to the misery, the girl got pregnant!
Sources say the school teacher, identified as Nageshwar seduced the girl into a sexual relationship and also threatened her with dire consequences to keep the affair a secret.
However, the girl was forced to reveal about the incident after a doctor certified that she was pregnant. Angry villagers beat up the culprit (her teacher) before handing him over to the police. The teacher has been suspended by the District Education Officer.
