Jet Airways Passenger Served With Insect Inside Food

Hyderabad: A city-based passenger flying in a Jet Airways flight on Monday, had a bitter experience after he found a dead insect in the food.

Krishna Mohan, who was travelling to Mumbai from Hyderabad by Jet Airways Flight 9W7081/S24460 ordered biryani and was shocked, when he found an insect inside the meal, that he was served. Mohan immediately lodged a complaint with the in-flight staff.

"Shockingly, the flight staff does not have any formal format for filing a complaint, he noted down my on a piece of paper," Mohan said. "Later on reaching Mumbai, I filed a formal complaint through email to Jet Airways," he added.

Mohan also said that he find any reply for his message from the Jet Airways.
