JC meets DGP over missing Rs 18 lakh
Anantapur MP J.C.Diwakar Reddy on Thursday met Andhra Pradesh DGP J.V.Ramudu to know about the progress of a case pertaining to the theft of his Rs.18 lakhs.
The amount was stolen from his assistant when he was coming out of a bank in November last year.
Diwakar Reddy immediately lodged a complaint with the Jubilee Hills Police on the same. He expressed his dissatisfaction at the tardy pace of investigations.
However, the DGP informed the MP that the case was being handled by Telangana police as the theft took place in Jubilee Hills.
