JC Diwakar Reddy Is Johny Walker Reddy: Gadikota

YSR Congress has come down heavily on Chandrababu Naidu for his false claims on Polavaram and the TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy for his abusive language on YS Jagan and said that the two should mend their ways.

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday party MLA G Srikanth Reddy said: "it was Chandrababu Naidu who had put spokes in the progress of Polavaram project while YSR had done his best in getting all the clearances and putting the project in the right course. Chandrababu Naidu had tried to scuttle the project by provoking the neighbouring states, but YSR stood his ground and could get all the clearances. Pattiseema is nothing but the Right Bank Canal of Polavaram."

‘We are against the corrupt practices of TDP, which is getting things done on commission basis and had taken over the Polavaram project from the Centre to get kickbacks. It was Chandrababu Naidu who had tried to stall Polavaram while YSR was Chief Minister,’ he said.

Training his guns on JC Diwakar Reddy he said: "the MP should hold his tongue before criticising YSR as he was in the same party and knew things and how the project has progressed. Since he has crossed over it does not mean that he has to use such language against YSR," he said. JC Diwakar Reddy is Johny Walker Reddy, he quipped.
