Jayasudha attends court in code violation case

  Secunderabad MLA Jayasudha has attended 10th Additional Chief Metropolitan Court on Monday in a case related to violation of election code of conduct in the last elections.

During the last elections, Jayasudha allegedly violated the code by distributing party flags and hats at 8.30 pm on April 2, 2009. The Assistant Returning Officer A.Suresh had filed a complaint about the same at Chilakalaguda police station. 
 

Jayasudha then contested as the candidate from Secunderabad assembly constituency.
 

As the came to a trial on Monday, she attended the court with her advocates.

Magistrate Rajanna adjourned the case to June 2.
