Chennai: Actor Jayam Ravi, who is currently busy wrapping up “Bogan”, is tipped to star in filmmaker Sundar C’s Tamil historical fantasy film “Sanghamitra”.

“Sundar has already narrated the story and Ravi is impressed by it. Although he has given in principal nod, he’s yet to officially sign the project. Having already signed three films, he’s figuring out dates to allocate to this project,” a source told IANS.

To be made on a budget of Rs 350 crore, the project is being bankrolled by Thenandal Films.
While the lead cast is yet to be finalized, Sundar has already locked his technical crew.

A. R. Rahman will compose the tunes, R.C. Kamalakannan will take care of the visual effects department and Sudeep Chatterjee will crank the camera.
National Award winning art director Sabu Cyril will look after the art direction.
