Tractor driver flees spot

Legendary Telugu actor and late N.T. Rama Rao's grandson Nandamuri Janakiram, who died at a local hospital due to internal injuries following a road accident, was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the mishap.

A tractor-trailer loaded with paddy suddenly came in the wrong direction and Janakiram who was behind the wheels of his Tata Safari vehicle hit the tractor.
Soon after the accident, the car driver fled the spot. A case has been registered against the tractor driver at Munagala police station. The driver was booked under Section 304 (a) of the Indian Penal Code. They have launched a manhunt to nab the driver.
