Jana Reddy says division is for betterment

Even if the state is divided into Telangana and Andhra regions, we will remain united as Telugu people, said Panchayath Raj minister Jana Reddy on Tuesday.

Speaking to reporters at Golconda Hotel, he said that Congress High Command has to solve Telangana issue before situation gets out of control leading to undesirable consequences. He appealed to the leaders of the both regions to cooperate with the High Command and solve the issue amicably.

The High Command only desires development for both regions, the Panchayat Raj minister said.

He observed that divide is only in terms of the administration. He requested media support to solve the issue. Public has to realise that the division is for development and welfare, he asserted.
