Jagan roots for immediate implementation of crop loan waiver

Making a strong pitch for effecting crop loan waiver immediately, YSRCP president and Leader of Opposition Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy said that the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu had claimed that he knew it was feasible to implement crop loan waiver.

“Chandrababu had even written to the Election Commission on the issue. Then, why is he delaying the waiving off loans of farmers now?” asked Y.S.Jagan.

Y.S.Jagan said that they would not keep quiet if the budget allocations were not proper.

He said his party MLAs were being implicated in false cases in the name of atrocities on SCs and STs. He said that police have become mere spectators even as even sponsored murders were taking place in the state.

“After TDP came to power in the state, as many as 11 YSRCP activists have been brutally done to death. But, the police could not register cases on these murders. Law and order situation in the state has completely deteriorated. We have introduced adjournment motion on such an important issue. But, it was rejected by the speaker,” said the leader of opposition.
