Jagan refuses to call of hunger strike: Report

YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy politely refused jail official's request to call off his hunger strike, it is learnt.

It's a known fact that Jagan has been fasting from Sunday to protest the unilateral decision of the Congress to divide the state.

The police has taken into their custody a large number of Jagan's supporters who flocked the Chanchalaguda jail to express solidarity with their leader.

Several women walked on their knees when the police refused to let them stage a sit-in protest near the jail.

Meanwhile, party leaders met the jail officials requesting them to release the health bulletin on Jagan.
