Jagan Mohan Reddy to Campaign in Warangal

Warangal: YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will campaign in Warangal for the party's candidate in the Lok Sabha by-election Nalla Suryaprakash.Announcing this at a press conference on Friday, YSRCP Telangana president, MP Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said Jagan Mohan Reddy will address seven election meetings in various Assembly segments in Warangal parliamentary constituency. Starting with Palakurti on November 16, Jagan Mohan Reddy will address a meeting in Parkal on November 17, Hanamkonda on November 18 and in Station Ghanapur on November 19.

Covid cases rise in India; govt says monitoring the situation

New Delhi, May 31 (IANS) Amid the latest wave of Covid-19, the number of SARS-CoV2 infections in the country has risen to 2,170. As many as 511 new cases were recorded from the previous day, according to the latest update by the Health Ministry on Saturday. Meanwhile, 255 patients were discharged or migrated in the last 24 hours, indicating an improvement in recovery.
