Jagan files memo, seeks 5th chargesheet as final

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his auditor Vijaysai Reddy on Wednesday filed a memo in the Nampally special court seeking to consider the fifth chargesheet as last and final one.

The memo reminded that the CBI had averred to file only one chargesheet, but it had filed five as against the orders of Supreme Court. The CBI also mentioned that it would file the chargesheet after investigating into all the seven issues, but it filed chargesheet only in one issue, the memo maintained. So, they requested the court to treat the fifth chargesheet as final one.
