Jagan files bail plea; Court adjourns hearing to Thursday - Sakshi Post

The CBI court on Wednesday adjourned the bail petition hearing of YSR Congress Party president, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in connection with the quid pro quo case.

YS Jagan had filed the bail petition at a special court in Nampally on Wednesday.   The court which admitted the petition directed the CBI to file its counter petition and adjourned it to Thursday.

Following the directions of Supreme Court that Jagan can apply for bail after September 8, the Kadapa MP filed the bail plea. The bail plea was filed before the third additional judge of the CBI special court

The CBI on Tuesday filed three chargesheets in the case as the deadline set by the Supreme Court ended.
