Jagan backs Lagadapati on pepper spray incident

Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajgopal has got support for his pepper spray in Lok Sabha from YSR Congress Party Chief Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy.

“Lok Sabha Speaker Meera Kumar made an announcement on introducing the bill in the house without acceptance from some members. In those situations, Lagadapati wanted to protest in the way in which he is interested. With this purpose only, he used pepper spray”, said Jagan.

“What Lagadapati did was right. There is nothing wrong in it. No one can be injured with pepper spray. Now a days several ladies are carrying it along with them for self defence. Violent coughing and burning sensation in eyes will only result by spraying it, but not death”, explained The Kadapa MP.

He said that it was only a form of expressing their anger over an injustice.
