Will Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavaasi prove to be the multi-dimensional Trivikram Srinivas’ best ever directorial effort? Not for nothing is Trivikram Srinivas known as the wizard of words (maatala maantrikudu)—the director, dialogue and screenplay-writer, is a man of multiple talents and dimensions.
In Agnyaathavaasi we will probably see him at his very best. Remember, he took Tollywood by storm as a dialogue-writer with his first film Nuvve Kavali, which won him the National film award for best feature film back in 2000?
He followed this up with his successful directorial debut in Nuvve Nuvve. In the year 2002, Nuvve Nuvve won him the National award for the Best feature film in Telugu for that year. With a string of hits the entire film industry of the South sat up and took notice of this rising star in writing and direction, who came to be known for his racy dialogues, sharp sense of humour and his perfect sense of timing in comedy scenes, as well as family dramas and breezy romantic movies.
We are about to see Trivikram break on to the centrestage of Telugu cinema again in his latest Pawan Kalyan starter, Agnyaathavaasi, set to be released on January 10. Across the world fans of the power star are waiting with bated breath for the release of this film.

Over the years Trivikram has only gained in stature picking up several awards along the way including seven state Nandi awards and two Filmfare awards for the best director in Telugu for Athadu and Attarrintiki Daredi. For a director who has more than a dozen successful films to his credit, Trivikram stands poised on the cusp of a major leap in his career with his new offering.
He enjoys a special bond with Pawan Kalyan with whom he had worked in the film Attarrintiki Daredi. The film was made with a budget of 55 crore and grossed more than twice as much. It was a runaway hit which fetched the director a clutch of awards. Earlier in 2011, Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram had worked together in Teenmaar for which the dialogues and screenplay were penned by Trivikram. They had also worked in Jalsa, a 2008 comedy which did reasonably well at the box office.
Will Trivikram pull off the biggest success of his long career with Agnyaathavaasi or is the best from him yet to be?
