IPL 2018 RR Matches Schedule, Venue, Dates  

Rajasthan Royals has overhauled their team squad for IPL 2018 in the auction earlier this year. The Royals pursue their second IPL victory since clinching the trophy in the inaugural season of IPL, back in 2008. Australia skipper Steve Smith, replaced by South Africa’s Heinrich Klaasen, will not feature in the eleventh edition of IPL after being handed a ban of one year from international cricket recently.

Ajinkya Rahane will shoulder the captaincy responsibilities in a bid to make an impact in the tournament, which the RR team has missed due to a two year ban, along with Chennai Super Kings, who are also making a come back this season. Royals will face Sunrisers Hyderabad in their first match of the season in Hyderabad.
