Inter-State Offender Held In Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Nitesh Jagannath Dhapale (34), an inter-state property offender, was arrested on Monday by East Zone police. Police have recovered two motorcycles and a mobile phone from him. The accused hails from Karnataka and has been involved in various cases of vehicle theft and robbery.

He first committed crime in 2007 who killed his lecturer while he was doing a diploma at a polytechnic college

The official said that Nitesh has been involved in 40 property offences in Karnataka, Maharashtra and Telangana and has 12 non bailable warrants pending against him.

DCP V. Ravinder said apart from property offences he was also involved in chain snatching cases.

"He first committed crime in 2007 who killed his lecturer while he was doing a diploma at a polytechnic college. After being put in jail he befriended with property offender and then got involved in the crime," said the DCP.
