Skipper Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma hit centuries as India thrashed Sri Lanka by 168 runs in the fourth one-day international to take a 4-0 lead in the five-match series in Colombo on Thursday.

Winning the toss, India posted 375 for 5 at the R. Premadasa stadium. Sri Lanka were bowled out for 207 in 42.4 overs.

Kohli notched up his 29th century, while Rohit brought up his 13th century. Playing his 300th ODI, Mahendra Singh Dhoni scored 49 not out and stitched an unbeaten 101-run partnership with Manish Pandey, who slammed his second ODI fifty.

For Sri Lanka, Angelo Mathews claimed two wickets and scored 70 runs.
