I will remain loyal to YSRCP: Konda Surekha

Former minister and YSR Congress Party leader, Konda Surekha today has shot down rumors that she and her husband Murali were planning to quit the party.  She rebutted all reports of their joining the Congress.

She attributed these rumors to some channels which were intent on spreading falsehoods about her. She added that she would remain loyal to the YSRCP and its president,  Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, who she predicted, would become the Chief Minister in 2014.

Surekha's statement comes as a slap in the face to Chiranjeevi, who it was reported was playing the role of a mediator between the Congress and the Konda couple in trying to woo them over.
