I’ll give satisfactory reply to HC, says KTR

Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLA K Taraka Rama Rao today said that he will give a satisfactory reply to the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

The court earlier in the day issued a notice to the TRS MLA seeking his explanation on his remarks against the judgment delivered by the High Court in a case pertaining the Telangana NGOs Housing Society.

Taking strong objection to KTR’s remarks on the verdict, the court asked him to explain as to what provoked him to make such remarks. Admitting that he was in receipt of the notices, the TRS leader told mediapersons in Hyderabad that he will submit to the court a detailed reply that will satisfy the court. He, however, refused to give more details on the subject saying the case is sub judice.

With regard to the observations of the PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana, the TRS leader said that if constituting the second state reorganization commission (SRC) is the Congress solution for the Telangana tangle, then the party is blowing its death bugle. If Congress favors second SRC why the Pranab Committee and later the Sri Krishna Committee were formed on the issue, he asked.
