I am safe: Anjali from an undisclosed location

Good news to all the fans of actress Anjali! The actress is alive and kicking. It is learnt that Anjali called her mother this morning to say that she was safe.

However, the police are still on the look out for her following a missing complaint filed by the actress's brother.

Anjali's sudden relocation from Chennai to Hyderabad led to a lot of speculation in the industry. The actress added fuel to fire by issuing a media statement saying she faced a threat from her step mother Bharathi Devi and director-mentor Kalanjiyam.

The actress also said that the duo must be held responsible should anything untoward happen to her.
However, even as her 'step mother' held a press conference to give her side of the story, Anjali went missing from the hotel room (in the city). Following her disappearance, her brother Ravishankar had filed a complaint at the Jublilee Hills police station yesterday.
