Complaint Filed Against Revanth Reddy In Hyderabad

Hyderabad: In a bizarre case, a High Court lawyer has approached the Hyderbad city Police Commissioner to complain against Jubilee Hills police station as well as against Congress leader Revanth Reddy. The lawyer submitted a complaint to Commissioner here today.

It has been reported there was a case pending against Revath Reddy in Jubilee Hills. The case pertained to the Congress leader illegally selling away seven plots of Jubilee Hills Cooperative Housing Society. Though the case was filed in 2002, the police have not taken any action, says the lawyer.

Since there has been no response from the police, the lawyer approached the city police commissioner complaining against the police as well as Revanth Reddy. He remarked that the Jubilee Hills police have neglected their duties and under section 166 they can be punished. A thorough enquiry into the case was to be done by the police and report should be submitted to court, he added.
