The relatives of the victim alleged that the administration of the Gandhi hospital refused to admit the woman as she was in the final stage of labour.

Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, a woman delivered a baby inside an autorickshaw in the parking lot at the Gandhi hospital here in the city after she was denied entry into the emergency ward by the authorities on Wednesday.

The relatives of the victim alleged that the administration of the Gandhi hospital refused to admit the woman as she was in the final stage of labour.

Without any medical aid, she ended up in delivering the baby inside the autorickshaw with the help of a few woman at the hospital. Further information is awaited.

It may be recalled that a woman had given birth to baby boy on road near Naryanguda last year. A makeshift labour room was set up with sarees and bedsheets as it was already late to take the woman in hospital.
