Hyderabad To Have ‘Brahmana Sadan’ For Helping Poor Brahmins
Hyderabad: Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said that a 'Brahmana Sadan' will be constructed in the city which will act as hub of welfare activities for Brahmin community.
At a meeting on welfare of Brahmins on Sunday KCR said that 10-12 acres of land will be utilized for this purpose and formed a nine member ad-hoc committee for the purpose.

The committee would comprise of K.V. Ramanachary, A. Sivasankar, C.L. Rajam, K.R. Nandan,Vyakaraan Nageswara Rao, Rangarajan, T. Krishnamurthy, Geetamurthy and S Sulochana. Meanwhile, Dhanwantari Kamalakar Sharma, K. Aravinda Rao and IYR Krishna Rao will be there as special invitees.
KCR said that Rs 100 crore has been already allocated to the community by the in the budget and the responsibility of fund utilizing will be taken by Brahmin trust.
