Hyd metro rail works face another obstacle - Sakshi Post

Metro rail works in Hyderabad are facing some form of obstacles very frequently at every stage.

Metro rail is planned in the city to overcome the traffic problems in the city.

A problem has arisen recently due to the condition of Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao that underground track should be constructed at some of the areas like Sultan Bazar, Assembly and others. The condition imposed by the chief minister led to some form of confusion on the ongoing metro works in Hyderabad.

Now another problem came for the metro rail. A dispute has started between L&T metro rail and the contractors and it was intensified now.

Contractors are complaining that L&T metro rail officials did not pay them the money. With this, they stopped the works that were going on between Uppal and Mettuguda line, which have been going on very fast till they were stopped.
