Hyd blasts: Police identify one among 3 suspects
The Hyderabad police came to a conclusion that three persons executed the Dilsukhnagagar twin bomb blasts that claimed 17 lives and injured more than 100 persons.
According to reports, the police are understood to have identified one suspect, while identity of the remaining two are yet to be established. The police noticed that three suspects planted bomb on cycle taking CC camera footage into consideration. The bomb exploded within three minutes after the cycle was placed at the spot, reports said.
Meanwhile, the city police took a man into custody for misguiding the police. Commissioner of police Anurag Sharma said Vivek Nayar, a native of Kerala was arrested as he tried to play mischief with the police. The CP said they have been receiving many calls everyday about the tip on the suspects of bomb blast and no call was ignored. Many of the callers were giving false information. He expressed hope that a breakthrough could be achieved in the case at the earliest. Security was beefed up in the twin cities in view of Shivarathri festival, Sharma said replying to a question.
