Husband sets wife on fire for refusing to give money

Ongole (Andhra Pradesh):  Mayramma (33), resident of Santhamaguluru village of Prakasam district, died of burn-injuries at a private hospital in Narasaraopet town of Guntur district on Wednesday.

 According to the police, Ramesh, her hushand, had allegedly set her on fire on October 9 after pouring kerosene on him. She was being treated since then.

 The couple was married ten years ago and have three children.

 Ramesh was alcoholic, didn't do any work and used to harass  Mayramma for money. Last week, after she refused to give him money, he allegedly set her on fire. Further probe is on.
