Kollywood music sensation Anirudh Ravichander who's known for his foot tapping music is making his Telugu debut in Telugu with Power star Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi. It is also learnt that he will appear in a cameo opposite Power star in the film.

Agnyaathavaasi songs have already become chartbusters among the audiences and especially the one crooned by Pawan Kodakaa Koteswara topping the charts.

But you know how much the makers of Agnyaathavaasi spent on roping in Anirudh? Well you won't believe the figures.

It is for the first time that the Telugu makers paid such a huge remuneration to a music director. A reliable source informs us that Anirudh charged a whopping Rs 2 Cr for Agnyaathavaasi which is a high price when compared to Devi Sri Prasad or Anup Rubens.

After Pawan's Agnyaathavaasi, Anirudh might become the most sought-after music director in T town given that his debut music here was well received.

Agnyaathavaasi is scheduled for release on January 10, 2018, as a Sankranthi gift to Telugu people.
