Hospital Rubbishes Rumours About Goa CM Manohar Parrikar’s Health

Panaji/Mumbai: Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, who is admitted to the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, is responding well to the treatment, the hospital said today.

Parrikar is being treated at the hospital since February 15 for a pancreatic ailment.

"It has been brought to our notice, (that) various malicious and misleading reports/rumours are floating around in the electronic/print media with regards to his health," the hospital said in a statement this evening.

"We reiterate that the Hon Chief minister of Goa is being treated and is responding well to the treatment," the statement by hosiptal vice president Ajaykumar Pande said. (PTI)
