Himabindhu, 2 Accomplices Arrested In Boyfriend’s Murder 

Amaravati: The woman who poured acid in her boyfriend's throat and on the body with the help of two of her friends has been arrested in Guntur on Wednesday night. The Mangalagiri police arrested all the three accused within hours after the death of Iliyaz.

It may be recalled that Himabindhu's boyfriend Iliyaz died of severe internal and external acid burn injuries on Tuesday after he was attacked by the woman and her friends Khasim and Arjun in Venigandla.

Himabindhu and Iliyaz were in a relationship for four years but the man refused to marry her as they belonged to different religions. The woman took revenge on her lover after he married another girl last week.

Police suspect that Khasim played a major role in the murder. They will be produced before a court today.
