Difference between TDP, YSRCP just 5 lakh: YS Jagan

YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy began a review meeting with party leaders of Prakasham district in Ongole on Monday.

Speaking to the party cadre, YS Jagan said the difference between losing and winning in the elections was just 5 lakh votes. There was no big difference between the winner and the challenger.

YS Jagan, who is on a two-day tour of Guntur and Prakasham, said that the difference between me and the vanquished in Kadapa is over 5 lakh. This shows that the difference between the YSRCP and the TDP was just 5 lakh, he added.
He said "Chandrababu stooped low to gain power. To get power, Chandrababu has made promises that are unimplementable. We would have come to power had I too made false promises"
Several media channels had launched extensive campaign in support of Chandrababu. He said Eenadu, Andhra Jyothi and TV 9 had given incessant publicity to the false promises of the TDP.
Today, TV9 or Eenadu have not stood by us. The same channels would support the TDP by saying Chandrababu is a good leader but RBI has not supported him in the crop loan waiver issue. "What Chandrababu lacks is credibility, while credibility and trustworthiness are our forte," the YSRCP chief said and asked the cadre party leaders together and take forward the agenda of playing the role of a constructive opposition in AP.
The YSRCP chief has been taking suggestions from MLAs, former MLAs and all other leaders on strengthening the party.
