Highest temperature recorded in State

Temperatures recorded high in the State for the past two days. Nizamabad and Rentachintala recorded highest temperature of 44 degrees Celsius on Tuesday.

Maximum temperatures were recorded in the morning itself by 10 on Tuesday. Ramagundam and Hyderabad recorded 43 degrees Celsius, Kurnool 42, Nellore 41 and Tirupati 40.5. People remained indoors fearing hot sun. Main thoroughfares in Hyderabad and Secunderabad wore thin vehicular traffic in the afternoon.
