High Court Issues Notice to AP Assembly Secretary 

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court on Monday issued notice to the Andhra Pradesh Assembly in-charge secretary Satyanarayana with regards to his eligibility for the post. The Court was hearing a petition filed by Mangalagiri MLA Aalla Ramakrishna Reddy, from the YSR Congress Party.

Ramakrishna Reddy's advocate Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy brought to the notice of the court that Satyanarayana is under qualified for the post of assembly in-charge secretary as he does not possess a law degree.

The High Court issued notice to Satyanarayana in this regard and directed AP government to file a counter petition within 4 weeks.
