High Court Grants Bail To Ramya’s Killer
Hyderabad: R. Shravil, the accused in the road mishap that killed Ramya and two others of her family has been granted bail by Hyderabad High Court.
As chargesheet was not filed in the case the accused was granted bail.
Dealing with the petition Justice C. Praveen Kumar said, “Law accords a statutory right to bail to the accused in all cases where chargesheets were not filed within the stipulated time.”
Police had registered a case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder by invoking Section 304-Part II of IPC against the accused, who resorted to rash and negligent driving in an inebriated state
To this, Telangana additional public prosecutor D. Ram Reddy said that a report was awaited from forensic science lab and that was the reason for not filing chargesheet within 90 days.

The accident took place on July 1 near Chutneys on Road Number 3, Banjara Hills.
