Chandrababu Naidu, who fancies himself as tech-savvy and computer savvy, has however failed to ensure that his much-publicised helplines on crop loan waiver and capital region development authority work properly.

The toll-free number -1800 103 2066- which was launched to assist farmers to get information and register their grievances on crop loan waiver scheme, fell dead long back. They neither rectified it nor introduced new numbers.

As a result, this has created more problems than it addressed.
Recently, the TDP government introduced a new toll-free number for clearing doubts on the CRDA bill. The number 1800 425 8988, dedicated for CRDA, too is not functioning.
