Heavy rains batter Andhra Pradesh; Share your grievances
Even as incessant rains continue to lash the state, residents in the low-lying areas and those staying close to river are on alert.
With water levels in dams, lakes, rivers crossing the danger mark, flood alert has been sounded in several villages of the state. Heavy rains have disrupted normal life in AP. Traffic too has come to a halt with falling of trees. Stormy weather is making life hell for commuters, especially two-wheelers. MeT department has indicated that these rains will continue for the next two days. Even as people have been evacuated to safer places, the nightmare continues for people of the state who do not want to relive the flood days.
