Hearing on Revanth's bail petition postponed to Friday

ACB special court Judge on Tuesday postponed the hearing of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy's bail petition to Friday.

ACB(Anti corruption Bureau) arrested MLA Revanth Reddy Late on Sunday for trying to lure Nominated MLA Stephenson to vote for TDP's MLC candiate in June 1 election. Revanth Reddy was clearly recorded in audio and video while explaining his 'Cash for Vote' deal to the nominated MLA.
Three others were also arrested for helping Revanth Reddy in deal. On Monday, Revanth Reddy's lawyer on behalf of four accused filed a bail petition. But as the prosecution requested time to file counter, Judge postponed the hearing to Friday and announced that hearing will be given after counter is filed. ACB filed a charge sheet stating Revanth Reddy as A1 accused, Sebastian as A2, Uday as A3 and Mathews as A4 accused in 'cash for vote' scam. The scam came to light when Nominated Anglo-Indian MLA Sebastian approached ACB, and the latter waited for right time to nab the TDP MLA red-handed.
