Hearing on Jagan's plea adjourned to April 29
The Supreme Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing on the bail petition of Kadapa MP and YSR Congress President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to April 29.
Earlier, the CBI requested the Court to take up the hearing of bail petition in another day in view of time constraint. Considering the CBI's request, the Apex Court adjourned the petition to Monday.
The court also adjourned the petition filed by CBI seeking cancellation of bail to Jagathi Publications vice-chairman and financial auditor V Vijaysai Reddy to April 30.
Meanwhile, the Court also adjourned the hearing on the bail petition of industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad till April 30.
