HC to hear Jagan's bail petition on Dec 13

The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday adjourned statutory bail petition filed by Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The court is expected to hear regular as well as the statutory bail petitions of the YSR Congress party president on December 13.
It may be recalled that Jagan had filed a statutory bail petition saying the CBI had failed to complete its probe before the stipulated deadline.
Jagan has also argued that he's eligible for bail as the he's crossed 90-days of police custody.
